Howard Burtnett, MHS, CRNA was awarded Clinical Instructor of the Year by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) at the Nurse Anesthesia Annual Congress held September 9-13, 2016 in Washington, D.C. Julie was the recipient of the Hazel M. Currier Award given to the student of the graduating class who best represents the program motto of “Vigilance, Knowledge and Compassion.”

Michael received the Program Director’s Clinical Excellence Award given to the member of the graduating class for superior clinical performance.

This award is given to the graduating student whose clinical practice, academic work, and community service best exemplifies the program motto of “Vigilance, Knowledge, and Compassion.”
