Howard Burtnett, MHS, CRNA

Professor Burtnett is a 1982 graduate of East Carolina University earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He received his Master in Health Science degree from Texas Wesleyan University in 1987 and completed the United States Army Anesthesiology for Army Nurse Officers program in 1988. During his 22-year Army career he held anesthesia faculty appointments at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and the University of South Carolina. Professor Burtnett has served as faculty with the York College/WellSpan Health Nurse Anesthetist Program from 2009 to 2018.
